Summertime means time at the playground, at the beach, at the inlaws—and on the road. And when it comes to Real Food for busy families, preparing ahead is the name of the game.
So we’ve put together a great summer give-away with some of our favorite products (including Little Green Pouches of course!) to make it easier to grab Real Food and head out the door for summer adventures.

Having a tote filled with per packed snacks and activities is a must when traveling with kids. iPads with movies loaded on them doesn’t hurt either.
I’ve noticed even with older kids it’s important to have plenty of snacks when taking trips. I find that they can get bored quite easily so building a list of games to play with each other is a good idea too. Oh and having some form of electronic is not always bad either.
We are about to take a long trip, so glad to read tips from others! We will have lots of healthy snacks, small toys/activities, and the Frozen soundtrack :)
You can never be under prepared with safe healthy food while traveling.
Bring a couple different options and extra! Also remember plenty of water for hot days.
My 15 month old son loves his little green pouches! Would love to stock up on some more – what a great giveaway!
Our daughter is getting to the age where my wife and I are going to need something like this for the long trips that we are planning on taking. Right now we were thinking of just doing ice cub trays, however, the LGP’s seem much more user friendly and less of a mess if the contents melt along the way.
Snacks, games, tranquilizers. :) Just joking.
Would love to win!!! We always make sure that we have snacks and several good books to read when we travel.
We always make sure to bring the snack foods we know our son will ask for when we travel. I pack enough fruit pouches, pretzels, and fruit leather in my checked luggage for the duration of our trip, and I always ask him to help pack his lunch box so he gets to choose the snacks he wants to have too. Having him participate in the decision making and packing really helps him get into the excitement of the trip and has made our travels with him really easy!
New toys from the dollar bins at Target or Toys R’ Us and a flashlight
I grew up in a family that was always bringing our own healthy/funky food with us everywhere, so I appreciate the chance to do the same with my own new family :)
I always pack a wide selection of snacks and travel games. Keep em occupied as long as possible!
A cookie sheet with different magnets was a lifesaver when we traveled with my son! We had car-shaped magnets and it kept him busy!
I would love a nutrabullet!
Having different snacks and bringing many different activities for the kiddos to do like coloring.
Different Snacks in craft boxes with several compartments for variety
This is such a wonderful giveaway! Thank you, thank you!!
Best tip:
always have extra snacks because the one time you don’t, your kid magically won’t like what you brought :)
Put snacks in zip lock bags. Sing songs. Play games/
Bringing breakfast items with us to start our days off right really helps!!!
Love all these products, especially LGP!
Small reusable containers that close toghtly! There will always be something to share and something they won’t finish in one sitting!
When traveling with our little one this summer we loved having fruit pouches for meals here and there but to be able to make my own world be amazing!
